Terms of Trade, Privacy, and Legal Notices

These Terms govern the provision of domestic construction services (“Services”) by Warren Wright Construction Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By commissioning work, requesting a quotation, or attending a consultation, you agree to these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

Warren Wright Construction Ltd provides professional domestic construction services including new builds, extensions, renovations, and associated project management. Services are delivered by experienced tradespeople and supervisors, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with planning permissions, building regulations, and statutory requirements.


2. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations are based on information provided by the Client and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to scope, materials, or design may result in revised pricing.


3. Booking, Site Access, and Scheduling

Appointments, site visits, and construction schedules are confirmed upon quotation acceptance. Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. The Company may reschedule if site conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.

Delays caused by the Client or unforeseen circumstances may affect project timelines.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site information, measurements, and relevant details to enable correct planning and execution of work.

Clients are responsible for preparing areas for work, including clearing space and ensuring utilities are accessible.


5. Fees and Payment

Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges. Work may be suspended until payment is received.

Deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.


6. Quality and Warranty

All work is performed to professional standards using appropriate materials. Minor variations in finishes, textures, or color are normal in bespoke construction.

We provide a workmanship guarantee for 12 months from completion. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.


7. Liability

The Company accepts responsibility for defects caused by workmanship. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Clients should maintain adequate insurance for property and contents during construction.


8. Data Protection and Privacy

Client information is collected for project management, invoicing, and communications only. Personal data is stored securely and will not be shared without consent.

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with GDPR.


9. Communications

Clients consent to communications regarding quotations, project updates, and administrative matters. Marketing communications are only sent with explicit consent.


10. Complaints

Concerns or complaints should be raised promptly. We aim to resolve matters fairly and efficiently.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
